RETURNS : *Item Must be returned within 8 working days from the day item is received *Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. *All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). *All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. *All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. EXCHANGES: *Items can only be exchanged based on buyer's original size order. *We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items get back to us. *In a situation where item of choice is no longer available, buyer can choose another available item of equal value from our shop. SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
