Shipping Policy
Shipping rates vary by location and weight of buyer's order. Shipping rates are not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Shipping duration is dependent on buyer's location and logistics company; however it usually take 2 - 5 working days depending on buyers location.

We do not do refund however, we accept returns and exchanges.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation:
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. However, if you require to speak with us, send us a message.
Return:
The customer should contact us within 3 working days upon receipt of our item(s). Item(s) must be returned within 14 working days from the day of receipt. Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer and prepaid. Damaged, personalized, and the customized item(s) cannot be exchanged; item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Exchange Policies:
Item(s) can only be exchanged based on the buyer’s original size order
We can’t guarantee the item(s) you want will be available by the time your returned item(s) gets back to us.
In a situation where the item(s) of choice is no longer available, the buyer can choose another available item(s) of equal value from our shop.
