Refund Policy

However, If you need to return or exchange any item, Ensure that's it is in an approved and saleable condition within 11 days from when you received it.
It must have the tag, all paperwork and packaging materials on and be free from any kind of stain and damage. It must also have not been used, washed or altered in any way.
You are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend returning your parcel using a tracked/insured service.

Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made to your virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Exchange
We can only exchange items that have been received back to our custody.
Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your items for the same style in a different size or colour.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. If your return is due to a mistake made by us, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement out to you.
If the merchandise is returned damaged, it will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
Note that sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case your package gets missing in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund. However, we are not responsible for packages that were delivered with proof of delivery.
A refund will be issued back via wallet. We will process your refund within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
