Growing up as first generation Brits, the founders of Axum are shaped by their experiences and understanding of various African cultures, and London.

It was common for them to wear native clothing on special occasions, but dress in European style clothing on a day to day basis. As African culture becomes more prevalent around the world through Music, Sport, and Film, the founders had a vision of creating a fashion brand which embodies the influence of African culture on Urban culture.

This led them to create a clothing line with African and European influences, for all occasions.
