Blouse sewing pattern

Simple to sew, but with a wow effect, stylish and really versatile! This is the blouse “Stella”.

Statement sleeves are quite in fashion at the moment- the right moment for “Stella”. The pattern is rather plain except the sleeves so it is super suitable for a lot of pattern hacks. You can get creative! From my side you can also expect a lot of alteration ideas which I’ll release as detailed instructions for free on my Youtube channel. I’m really looking forward to this. The pattern is made in US sizes 6 to 26 and can be downloaded here after the purchase in DINA4 and DINA0. Printing it out on US letter size should also be possible. The sizes are  in different colours on different layers and can be selected.

Regarding the fabric the pattern is for woven fabrics. If you choose a stable or flowing one is up to your taste- the “Stella” in yellow on the photos is in stable cotton (african waxprint) and the red and pink ones in flowing fabrics. The dress is the combination of “Stella” and the skirt pattern “Rita”.

Sewing level: advanced beginners. On the basic version there is an invisible zipper at the sideseam. It’s not that difficult to sew this in and I’m showing you the single steps in the sewing video.

You’ll need this:

– printer, glue, paper scissors, A4 or letter size paper or printed pattern on DINA0

– fabric scissors, sewing machine, matching yarn, iron, needles

– fabric: 1.20 m – 2.50 m depending on your size and fabric width (fabric consumption is a bit higher due to the volouminous sleeves)

– 1x invisible zipper, at least 25 cm long

– 35 cm of interlining in H180 or H200

– small elastic tape for the sleeve hem
